Hi, I'm Janan, the person behind Frutigo IT. I'm a technology enthusiast with a background in computer science and hands-on interest in building, maintaining and troubleshooting computers.
I built this website with the intention of helping locals get more out of their everyday technology and making it easier to find the support they need. Whether it's fixing a problem, setting up a new device or helping someone understand how something works, I want to make technology a little less complicated.

Frutigo IT is an independently owned IT support business based in Deception Bay, Queensland. Built from the ground up, it was founded on a simple belief: technology should be something people enjoy, not something they feel overwhelmed by.
Inspired by a time when technology felt exciting, full of possibilities and accessible to everyone, I want to bring a little of that feeling back. Through friendly, patient and easy to understand support, my goal is to help people feel more comfortable, confident and connected with the technology they use every day.
As a one-person operation, Frutigo IT offers personalised technology assistance for seniors, home users and small businesses. Services include computer troubleshooting, device setup, Wi-Fi and networking assistance, computer repairs and custom PC builds.
As the business grows, I hope to bring this approach to more people throughout the local community, expand the services available and stay true to the values Frutigo IT was founded on: making technology more approachable, enjoyable and full of possibilities.
